What you’ll do

  • Partnerships Development: Identify, establish, and manage partnerships with accounting firms to expand Tola’s network and influence.
  • Manage Accounting Relationships: Serve as the primary point of contact for Tola’s accounting partnerships clients, ensuring their needs are met and fostering long-term relationships.
  • Onboarding Support: Assist new accounting partners and their clients with the onboarding process, ensuring they understand and can effectively use Tola’s platform.
  • Build and Maintain Relationships: Provide training and support to clients and partners on Tola’s features and functionalities to maximize their usage and satisfaction, upselling Tola.
  • Event Participation: Represent Tola at industry events, conferences, and meetings to promote our platform and build relationships with potential clients and partners.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with Tola’s founders, engineering, sales, and marketing to align on partnership goals, technical requirements, and client feedback.


What you’ll need

  • Experience with Partnerships: Have a track record in partnerships management, business development, or a related field within the B2B Software/SaaS, fintech. Any experience with accounting or having CPA experience is a major plus.
  • Self-Initiative: Proactive approach to identifying and reaching out to potential accounting leads, continuously seeking opportunities to grow Tola’s customer base.
  • Startup Mentality: Have an interest in working in flexible, dynamic and rapidly evolving environments.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills. You’re someone who can talk to anyone, regardless of their background or location.
  • Technical Proficiency: Experience with CRM software, sales tools and financial literacy when it comes to accounting is a plus.
