What does a work environment look like at Vouch?

Vouch is a Virtual First Workplace with office locations in SF, Chicago, and NYC . This role will be based in SF or Chicago, with a need for in-office collaboration 1-2x a week (and as needed).

Role Responsibilities: 

Vouch is looking for an IT Systems Admin to add to our growing IT team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for managing access to 3rd party / SaaS products that are used at Vouch. You will be part of the IT team and work to ensure that we are managing access to 3rd party services in a manner that is consistent with Vouch’s security policies and providing internal IT support. 

Job Duties: 

• Collaborate with leadership, engineers, and vendors to deploy and manage SaaS Applications
• Standardize procedures for application access provisioning during onboarding and offboarding
• Develop internal tooling to help automate SaaS management.
• Maintain a centralized list of SaaS providers, manage budgets and licenses
• Provide quality documentation and training on application designs, best practices, and operational procedures
• Be a primary contact for escalated application support issues
• Provide in office IT/AV support for meetings and events and end user support/training
• Drive efficiencies through process automation to optimize operations and ensure service uptimes

About you:

• 2+ years of experience with SaaS Systems Administration
• Experience managing SaaS budgets, licenses, and vendors
• 1+ years of experience managing Single Sign On applications with SAML
• Experience with Okta Administration and Okta Workflows
• Experience administering Atlassian Products (Jira and Confluence)
• Proven ability to create effective documentation for internal stakeholder management
• Ability to work across multiple teams easily to achieve common goals

Nice to have:

• Exposure to and passion for early-stage startups and/or high growth environments
• Ability to implement automated ticketing and issue management workflows
• Experience implementing automated user/device provisioning with Okta
• Experience automating system tasks via scripts (BASH, Python, etc) and SSH
• Experience with Linux system administration (and ideally, Docker too)

Salary Range: 

The pay range for this role is: $100,000 to $120,000 per year. 

Our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size and industry and are one part of our total compensation package that also includes benefits and other perks. We also include stock options in all compensation packages and believe all Vouch employees should have the opportunity to become owners in the company.

Individual pay decisions are based on a number of factors, including qualifications for the role, experience level, skill set, location, and business need. The base pay range provided is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
