We're looking for an outstanding Lead UX/UI Designer to take Reeve, the AI real estate agent to the next level. Ideally the individual would love what we're building, the contribution to something that hasn't been done before, the impact he/she will have, and desire to grow with us into our full time Design/Creative Director.

Some of responsibilities that come with this role combined with our wish list:

• responsible of everything design, functioning at intersection of design + product + growth initiatives. For us they're fully interconnected.

• prioritize with founders the incredible amount of work ahead of us: help us produce an amazing marketing site to replace the placeholder we have with the MVP + revamp the UX/UI of the web app & mobile experience + a TON of new features on our 12+ month roadmap

• conversational UX/UI: give Reeve a cohesive "Voice". Reeve already talks and texts, she should also be enabled with a "website voice" when customers interact with our website.

• give Reeve an "image" and a "personality" to complete a mind blowing marketing website

• You're not just creative and experienced in best UX practices, adding your own creative solutions starting from "first principles", but you're anchored in analytics too (CRO anybody? Landing pages must convert, not just be pretty)

• help us obtain additional contractor help for time consuming/lower value tasks under your supervision

• you have incredible pride in your craft, but need quality + pace. Must be productive, we're a startup where speed is paramount. You have great judgment balancing the "good enough" vs "best possible" solution.

We are setting an initial weekly budget of $1,000/week. The position can be full-time/part-time based on your skill set, rate and availability. Fully remote, but do prefer to have "some" working hours in our timezone US-EST (Miami).
