Flashbots started in 2020 as a research and development organization formed to mitigate the negative externalities and existential risks posed by Maximal Extractable Value (MEV). Since then, we have had an immense impact on the world of crypto through mev-geth, Flashbots Protect, MEV-Boost, MEV-Share, our open research and soon-to-be SUAVE.

About the role:

We are seeking a senior product manager to lead SUAVE as a product. This role involves defining the product strategy, driving go-to-market plans, and creating worldclass developer experiences. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify market needs, define product vision, and deliver solutions that resonate with our ecosystem. Key responsibilities:

• Lead cross-functional teams through the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and beyond, ensuring a seamless developer experience.

• Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential threats.

• Engage with the developer community to gather insights, understand their needs, and translate feedback into product enhancements.

• Collaborate to define go-to-market strategies, ensuring product-market fit and adoption.

• Define and analyze key performance indicators to measure product success and inform decision-making.

What you bring

• +5 Years of experience in product positions

• World class PM communication skills and hygiene

• Excellent cross functional leadership in a fast paced environment

• Deep passion and knowledge for Ethereum

• Experience in building and growing developer platforms and/or tooling
