Your Next Adventure

As a Marketing Manager at RebelCode, you will play a crucial role in elevating our flagship WordPress plugins to unprecedented success. These plugins are more than just features; they represent the core of our product offerings and have made a notable mark in their respective markets with a combined 120,000+ active users.

Your primary responsibility will be to lead their continuous development, enhancement, and market expansion efforts, ensuring they remain leaders in a competitive landscape.

Your daily activities will include a blend of hands-on marketing initiatives and strategic planning. This entails delving into market research and analytics alongside the Product Manager to identify and implement innovative marketing strategies, as well as stepping back to formulate and oversee the execution of a long-term marketing vision.

Your insights will drive decisions on branding, market positioning, and promotional tactics that will dictate the future trajectory of our products. In addition to nurturing our existing product lineup, you’ll also be involved in the launch of new projects in the future. These endeavors will provide you with an opportunity to inject new ideas into the market, potentially unlocking new avenues and growth for the company.

From the outset, you’ll work closely with our team to initiate these projects, laying the groundwork for future marketing campaigns and team expansion. In this position, your influence will extend far beyond product promotion; you will also play a key role in shaping the culture and capabilities of our marketing team. Primary Responsibilities

Content Management: Oversee all aspects of content creation and management, ensuring regular content reviews, updates, and the generation of innovative content ideas. Implement SEO strategies to enhance content visibility and audience engagement.

Marketing Materials Creation: Produce compelling marketing materials, including product demos and promotional content for sales events such as Black Friday, to support the sales team and boost revenue.

Website Oversight: Maintain and improve the company website, focusing on SEO optimization, improving core web vitals for better user experience, showcasing customer success stories, and publishing case studies to highlight the value of our products.

Email Marketing: Improve, develop and execute email marketing campaigns, focusing on delivering targeted messages to different segments of our audience to drive engagement and conversions.

Promotion and Outreach: Coordinate content updates on third-party websites and engage in link-building activities to enhance our online presence and improve our search engine rankings.

Affiliate Marketing: Manage and grow the affiliate program, recruiting influencers and partners to boost traffic and sales, and optimizing campaigns for maximum efficiency and revenue generation.

The ideal candidate should have the following marketing skills and expertise:
  • Expertise in crafting and executing marketing plans that align with overall business objectives and respond dynamically to market trends.
  • Proficiency in creating engaging, relevant content tailored to various platforms, driving both brand awareness and audience engagement.
  • Deep understanding of search engine optimization (SEO) strategies to maximize online visibility and drive organic traffic.
  • Skilled in developing and managing targeted email campaigns that nurture leads and convert subscribers into customers.
  • Ability to leverage social media channels effectively for brand promotion, community engagement, and customer feedback.
  • Competence in analyzing marketing data and metrics to inform strategic decisions and optimize campaign performance.
  • Talent for ideating and executing innovative marketing campaigns that capture attention and achieve desired outcomes.
  • Knowledge in maintaining and enhancing website functionality, SEO, and user experience to support marketing objectives.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, essential for crafting compelling messages and collaborating with teams.
  • Ability to work autonomously, demonstrating self-sufficiency and initiative in driving marketing projects forward.
  • Innovative approach to overcoming marketing challenges, with a keen ability to identify and implement effective solutions.

Benefits

The selected candidate will receive the following remuneration and perks package:
  • $30,000 – $34,000 annual remuneration
  • 4 weeks of paid leave annually (working 48 weeks a year)
