I am looking for some support. I am developing a coaching company for the next generation of leaders. We want people to lead different. We want people to accomplish their organizational goals without compromising their personal goals, or burning out. At VAST coaching we want our members to Lead with Well-being. We are a curious, compassionate, collaborative and creative community for our members. We focus on supporting the next generation of leaders. We are trauma informed, neuro-inclusive and focus on strengths based and person centered coaching. As the founder I want this brand to inspire people to break from the exploitive traditions of business and leadership. We offer individualized programs, small private groups, one on one and a members area that offers a continually expanding libabry of resources and our members can use those resources to become an ICF credential MCC. The brand should appeal to 25-35 year olds, who suspect they might be in the 20% of adults who are not aware that they have ADHD, but are frustrated from trying things the traditional way. This brand should appeal to innovators, explorers archetypes and those who are passionate about making a change in the world through their business.
