Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst who specializes in Google Sheets and possesses strong expertise in formula creation, data manipulation, and dashboard development. As a Data Analyst, you will play a crucial role in analyzing and interpreting data, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights. In addition to your expertise in Google Sheets, you will be responsible for conducting research, performing ad hoc analysis, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to support data-driven initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain Google Sheets-based dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide real-time visibility into business metrics.
• Create and optimize formulas in Google Sheets to manipulate and analyze large datasets efficiently.
• Perform data cleaning, transformation, and validation to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their analytical needs and translate them into actionable reports and visualizations.
• Conduct market research and gather relevant data from various sources to support decision-making processes. Perform ad hoc analysis to uncover insights, identify trends, and provide recommendations based on data findings.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Strong expertise in Google Sheets formulas, functions, and data manipulation techniques.
• Proficiency in data cleaning, transformation, and validation.
• Experience in creating visually appealing and interactive dashboards in Google Sheets/Studio
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and effectively manage multiple projects and priorities.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Willingness to learn and adapt quickly
• Experience with other data analysis tools and languages (e.g., SQL, Python) is a plus.
