As an LTSE Equity Account Executive, you will be one of the first interactions a future customer has with LTSE Equity. Your ability to successfully help them evaluate our product for their needs and clearly define their buying process is critical to ensuring a good first experience with LTSE Equity, which typically leads to higher customer retention and continued growth. Reporting directly to the Head of Sales, you will be tasked with calling upon the next generation of companies that are in startup mode. You will conduct outreach to companies that are seeking a new or alternative equity management solution. In creating opportunities to engage with customers, you will educate and explain the benefits of utilizing a Captable solution (LTSE Equity) and explore with them why implementing a solution early in their company journey will have a huge impact on their business while providing a partnership based approach around their needs with a focus on helping them to succeed and achieve their goals. The LTSE Equity AE should be an entrepreneurial doer, likes to make things happen, but most importantly, be an individual that deeply cares about the customer and the experience they receive. A successful candidate must be passionate about working with founders and thrive in the pursuit of enabling them to manage their company’s equity. A successful candidate should also be inherently curious and capable of thriving in a fast paced start up environment with a desire to be part of creating processes and delivering candid feedback.
