Role:

As a Financial Analyst at Twinstake, you will report directly to the Director of Operations and play a key role in various financial operations that underpin the company’s growth trajectory. Positioned within a dynamic startup setting, this role is designed for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to take on multifaceted responsibilities. You will have the latitude to directly influence financial decisions, engage with stakeholders, and drive efficiencies within your remit, making this a significant role for anyone looking to accelerate their career in finance and contribute to a transformative industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Budget Management: Assist in preparing, reviewing, and adjusting financial budgets in accordance with strategic plans.
  • Financial Analysis: Perform regular financial analysis to identify trends, efficiencies, and improvements.
  • Cash Flow Monitoring: Aid in the management of cash flows and liquidity to ensure financial stability.
  • Reporting: Prepare periodic financial reports for internal use and ensure they are accurate and timely.
  • Operational Assistance: Assist in company’s finance operations such as invoicing, payments, reconciliations etc.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams and external partners to achieve financial objectives.
  • Ad-hoc Projects: Be prepared to take on additional responsibilities and projects that go beyond the immediate scope of your role, contributing directly to business growth and stability.

Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant professional experience.
  • Demonstrable analytical skills, particularly in financial modeling and statistical analysis.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong sense of ownership and commitment to achieving both short and long-term business objectives.

Nice to have:

  • Experience in a startup environment, especially within web3, blockchain, or financial sectors.
  • Professional certification in a related field, though not mandatory, will be highly regarded.
  • Proficiency in financial software tools and platforms.
