We make it easy for local businesses to invoice their customers over WhatsApp. With Swipe, businesses can send a WhatsApp message with a link that allows their customers to pay instantly with various payment methods.
What you will do:
- Provide exceptional customer support through our chat support intercom and on calls.
- Conduct product walkthroughs and guide customers in utilizing our app to ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
- Handle customer complaints and escalations empathetically and professionally, striving to resolve them efficiently.
- Collaborate with the technical team to escalate and resolve complex customer issues.
- Identify recurring queries and trends in customer inquiries to improve product usability and customer experience.
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships, providing ongoing support and understanding customer needs.
- Collaborate closely with the sales and product teams to offer valuable insights derived from customer interactions.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions using CRM tools for continuous improvement.
- Provide insights into customer preferences and market trends to inform marketing initiatives.
What we’re looking for
- An internship or full-time experience in customer support or a related field is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
- You are customer-obsessed and genuinely care for customers.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- A team player with a willingness to collaborate across departments.
