Your future contribution:

Your primary role is to address the pressing business need for rapid team scaling, legacy structure refactoring, along with further development of processes and features. You will play a pivotal role in elevating our technical capabilities, ensuring that we scale our SaaS product efficiently, and fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.

How you’ll add value:

• Work in direct collaboration with, and be part of our Senior Leadership to define and execute the technical strategies, that align with the company's vision and product roadmap

• Optimize development and delivery processes, driving continuous improvement in technology delivery standards

• Lead recruiting and team building efforts, attracting top-tier engineers and fostering a motivated team environment to ensure retention

• Provide mentorship, support and technical leadership to the engineering teams

• Ensure projects are proficiently executed from architecture to delivery

• Provide strategic leadership, promoting best practices in software development and architecture and staying current with industry trends and emerging technologies.

You’ll be successful in this role if you:

• Have a solid software engineering background with minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership role (Head of Engineering or similar)

• Possess SaaS industry experience

• Have exposure to Cloud technologies, are familiar with PHP and JavaScript frameworks

• Are willing and able to mentor the engineering team members

• Thrive in a fast-moving startup/scaleup environment, have experience scaling teams
