Interface is a frontier research lab focused on high-fidelity human simulation. We build systems that model human appearance, behavior, and interaction for world-model research.

Our work sits at the intersection of computer vision, graphics, and machine learning, with an emphasis on realistic, dynamic digital humans. We recently completed YC and raised a seed round from top investors. We’re a small, highly technical team, moving fast and working on frontier technologies.

We’re looking for a senior ML researcher/engineer to co-develop our human simulation stack: reconstructing, modeling, and animating photorealistic digital humans from images/video.

You’d be a good fit if you:

• Have worked on neural rendering or 3D reconstruction
• Have experience with human models (faces, bodies, or avatars
• Are comfortable reasoning about 3D geometry and camera systems
• Have built systems using multi-view or unconstrained visual data
• Have experience with parametric or learned human representations
• Enjoy taking research ideas from paper to production-quality systems
• Like small teams, technical ownership, and shaping a core technical direction
