We are looking to hire our first Social Media Marketer


As an early member of the marketing team, you’ll play a crucial role in establishing our social media presence and bringing our voice to the world. You’ll help establish and strengthen our brand across social channels by creatively and tastefully sharing our own content, helping us contribute to conversations around OKRs & Strategy Execution, and supporting and amplifying the achievements of our customers.

The ideal candidate will be an expert on the social media landscape with a knack for copywriting, who can demonstrate exceptional judgment and toggle easily between execution and big-picture strategy. Ideally you have a passion for our mission—though no expertise in OKR is required!

We are looking for someone who has

  • At least 2+ years in social media marketing with at least some B2B experience
  • Strong understanding of B2B social media channels (with an emphasis on Twitter and LinkedIn)
  • A solid working knowledge of social media best practices and tools
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills
  • Experience with working collaboratively across stakeholder groups, with a growth mindset and openness to feedback


  • Craft and execute on creative, thoughtful, and helpful social media campaigns that help cultivate awareness & growth for the brand
  • Create processes and best practices to help scale and standardize your work across the company, including building a social media calendar, and designing resources and playbooks
  • Work closely with the rest of the marketing team on social strategies for product launches, content distribution, brand amplification, and more
  • Grow the network of followers and influencers
  • Identify and execute on opportunities to collaborate across the company and with customers
  • Monitor and report on social media growth over time, including metrics such as followers, reach, sentiment, and engagement
