Every engineer at Tajir is expected to devote 20% of their time to mentorship. We elevate fresh hires through pair programming, intense (perhaps neurotic) feedback through code reviews, and lots of guidance.
Expect to ship code in your first week of joining, then take on more and more responsibility quickly. Everyone on our team remembers their first few months at Tajir fondly as a time of rapid personal growth!
