About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Web3 Head of Sales to join our team. This role offers unparalleled access to the heart of the crypto and fintech industries. You will be responsible for leading and executing a comprehensive sales strategy, developing key client relationships, and driving revenue growth.

As Web3 Head of Sales, you will report directly to senior leadership and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between sales strategies and overall business objectives.

Your Role:

1. Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy that aligns with the company’s overall goals and objectives.
2. Develop a detailed understanding of the full range of our products and services, and how they are delivered.
3. Drive the creation and regular updating of client development plans.
4. Lead, motivate and mentor the team to maximise their potential and achieve targets.
5. Monitor the team’s sales and revenue performance and implement measures for continuous improvement.
6. Prepare and present business and budget plans.
7. Ensure the team owns their assigned client relationships and always maintain a clear and up-to-date understanding of the client’s business, ways of working and strategic ambitions.
8. Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, market trends and potential growth areas and use this insight to inform the team’s sales strategy.
9. Support the team in accurately negotiating scope and fee on projects, securing the most appropriate internal resources exceeding client expectations whilst meeting profit targets.
10. Develop and maintain a wide range of relationships with key strategic clients.
11. Actively build and maintain relationships across the industry.
12. Represent the company at industry events, conferences and networking opportunities to enhance visibility.
13. Develop a high-performance culture with continuous improvement, innovation and a positive growth mindset instilled into the team.
14. Collaborate with the Leadership Team to ensure alignment between sales strategies and overall business strategies.

What We’re Looking For:

1. Good industry knowledge and ability to speak proficiently with clients about our products.
2. Strong sales track record.
3. Experience in team and performance management.
4. Ability to act as a results-focused manager leading a business unit, while collaborating and co-operating with the wider group.
5. Strong existing relationships within our target audiences.
6. Positive energy, inspiring leadership, and clear and open communication.
7. Clear communicator with the agility and flexibility to keep all stakeholders internally aware of what is happening on the accounts.
8. Track record of networking and speaking at industry conferences and events.
9. Ability to navigate through clients’ internal politics and ways of working.
