Gridnaut Recruiting is hiring a remote Software Engineer, Full Stack for a flexible hourly contractor engagement supporting a leading AI lab.

This is a Python-forward full-stack role: Python is explicitly named as a core language for the position, alongside Java, Rust, C#, and C++. You will contribute to model-training support, evaluation, and structured task review while working across backend services, frontend (React), databases, and cloud systems.

Work is fully remote, hourly, and flexible. Pay is $50–$65 per hour (USD), depending on experience and demonstrated skill.

Requirements

• 3+ years of production software experience at a top-tier company
• Proficiency in Python; experience with Java, Rust, C#, or C++ is also relevant
• Working proficiency in a second listed language
• Full-stack experience including backend, frontend (React), databases, and cloud
• Availability for the engagement's required schedule, up to 40 hours per week
• Remote availability for an hourly contractor engagement
