We don't do "front-of-house" marketing (eg. marketing communications, PR, social media content, product/project/brand management, content development, or anything related to sales).
Our passion and focus is the back-of-house, meaning the numbers that control advertising and that can be used to predictively drive profitable results. We dive deep into client data and number crunch.
A Day in The Life:
- On Day 1, new staff are assigned to a team and you receive training
- Fuel client growth through account and target optimization, data processing and analysis, running assessments, making recommendations, proposing strategy, and implementing tactics
- Solve interesting marketing-related puzzles
- Work in Excel to process, build and prototype tools
- Use your organization, prioritization and innovation skills to improve team and company efficiency and efficacy
What Success Looks Like:
- Nimbly, intelligently and consistently drive client growth by analyzing data, identifying trends and crafting insightful recommendations based on your observation and interpretation skills
- Confidently communicate with company, team and clients and fearlessly participate in team discussions, planning, and brainstorming
