We are looking for a rockstar Business Development Representative to join our team to drive outbound lead generation and net new logo acquisition.
- Be responsible for driving revenue by researching and identifying prospects, contacting them, and delivering qualified leads to our sales team to close.
- Drive outbound activity for Paved including cold and warm outreach,, working closely with the sales team to convert leads into customers.
- Update our CRM to track your pipeline, activity, and report on key metrics.
- Create new outreach emails, call scripts, pitch materials, and cadences.
- Work with cross-functional teams like Marketing and Product to develop new content.
- Become a Paved subject matter expert and evangelist in the market.
We’re looking for someone who has:
- 2+ years of outbound B2B software sales or relevant sales experience.
- Proven track record of high performance as a BDR, SDR, LDR, or other pipeline-generating role.
- Demonstrated passion for start-ups and new technology businesses
- Entrepreneurial, results-oriented mindset and collaborative working style
- Strong prioritization and time management skills - and owns projects from start to finish
- Experience with Hubspot, Salesforce, or other CRMs
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to operate and thrive in a hyper-growth environment
