Responsibilities include:
* Support existing applications with the focus on Quadient Inspire, our documents composition platform.
* Work effectively as a member of a global distributed team, managing relationship with key stakeholders.
* Work to continuously improve the efficiency and productivity of the WMDM development teams globally.
* Accelerate the adoption strategic tools and platforms, including automation and monitoring
* Integrate external vendor products into JPMorgan document management software/hardware ecosystem.
* Provide L2 support for WMDM applications, troubleshoot issues in our development, test, and production environments as they arise.

Desirable Skills & Requirements
* Experience integrating vendor products with corporate ecosystem
* Experience with Linux and Windows server administration and shell scripting
* Experience using DevOps automation tools such as Jenkins, Chef, and Ansible.
* Experience with cloud deployments and container technologies (preferably Kubernetes and Docker)
* Experience with modern programing languages (e.g. Java, JS , Groovy and Python)
* Experience with the development and maintenance of Rest APIs
* Experience with source code management tools such as GIT and SVN
* Experience with dependency management tools such as Ant, Maven and Gradle
* Experience with Web Application Servers (e.g. WebSphere and Tomcat)
* Experience with databases server technologies (Oracle, Sybase, MSSQL)
* Experience with modern monitoring solutions (Dynatrace, Grafana , Splunk, AppD. etc.)
