Banxware is an early-stage FinTech startup led by a team of seasoned FinTech experts. We closed our EUR 4m seed funding round a few months ago and we are looking to grow our team. Banxware connects platforms and their merchants with traditional banks. Our white-label Lending-as-a-Service software solution can be integrated into any digital platform to offer instant financing to platform merchants. The financing application process takes only a few minutes and platform merchants can complete it within their known day2day environment: the platform or marketplace. In addition, we have big plans for Banxware’s future: we want to become the European standard for Lending as a Service. Until we get there, there is still a lot of work to do. Therefore, we are looking for a Senior Technical Key Account Manager (f/m/d) with the potential to become Head Of in a short term, who will ensure our platform customers’ happiness at Banxware. What you will be doing:

  • You will work cross-functionally and partner with Sales, Product, Marketing and Operations to deliver outstanding customer experiences
  • You will be in charge of project management for our customer onboardings and coordinate all involved parties – both, internally and externally – to ensure a successful go-live
  • You will work with most well-known platforms to uncover their business objectives, analyze how Banxware can help them to achieve those and build a robust plan to ensure a successful launch of their embedded financial services offering
  • You anticipate customer needs and proactively mitigate risk throughout the customer life cycle and ultimately, you are positioning your accounts for growth
  • You constantly analyze and work on improving customer value, by optimizing go-to-market strategies, ensuring customer satisfaction, and lifting product adoption
  • You are taking active ownership of external communications with our platform partners, hence you are the voice and ears of Banxware towards our most valuable stakeholders
  • You keep your colleagues in Sales, Product, Marketing and Operations in a constant loop and therefore become the champion for our product, front to back
  • You are in the driver seat to develop and implement growth strategies together with our platform partners
  • You are the number one go-to-person for our experienced management team and your Sales colleagues – together, you ensure that our platform customers made the right choice to partner with Banxware
What will make you succeed:
  • Must have: you are fluent in German and English (writing and speaking). Any additional language is a plus
  • You hold a bachelor's / master’s degree and bring 3+ years experience in Customer Success, Key Account Management or a similar function, preferably in a tech company or startup
  • You listen carefully, think strategically as well as tactically, and you are a strong problem solver, who anticipates problems before they arise
  • You bring strong presentation and proven project management skills, preferably from a SaaS-based environment
  • You like taking over responsibility and work autonomously
  • You have a strong focus on customer value and you are great at building trustful customer relationships
  • You are passionate about FinTech and Banxware’s mission to support the real economy - small and medium-sized businesses - with instant financing
