AdChina.io is looking for a remote, T-Shaped, Senior Digital Marketing Manager.

Senior Digital Marketing Manager is in charge of driving traffic and generating leads for AdChina.io through online pay-per-click and cost-per-acquisition campaigns.

Our T-Shaped Senior Digital Marketing Manager has excellent expertise in generating leads through paid campaigns, owning the paid strategy, execution and optimization across paid channels worldwide. Creating the right landing and conversion pages to generate and mature leads will be important for the company's success. Excellent if you have outstanding copywriting skills.
You will be part of the Growth team (which includes marketing and sales team), reporting directly to the Head of Growth. You will work in collaboration with other marketing managers to achieve traffic and lead goals cost-efficiently.

You are excellent at:
-Managing strategy, setup, bidding and optimisation of Google ads, and all other paid campaigns and channels.
-Tracking and measuring of all paids campaigns and channels.
-Copywriting, creative creation, landing pages creation.
-A/B testing of ads, landing pages, and new ideas.
-Google Analytics, attribution modelling and conversion rate optimization.
-Keeping track of trends within the online marketing space, and staying up-to-date with potential new strategies, tools, and channels within paid marketing.
-You have spent >$1 million in paid ads with profitable results
Awesome if you have:
-Experience in managing Google ads and other paid campaigns for SaaS businesses with a solid track record.
-CRO skills in order to improve lead generation and sales conversion rates on the website.
-Technical skills in order to execute on site developments, optimization, testing and integrations. Basic coding skill is a plus.
-Fluent in English is a must. Additional native languages are a plus. Especially German, Spanish, French, Russian, or Chinese.
