Your role: As a Sales Training Manager at Adjust, you’ll join our Learning & Development team and gain a deep understanding of the technology contributing to the diverse and ever-evolving Adjust product. You will have a deep understanding of how the product should be sold and deliver a best-in-class Sales onboarding and training to our new and existing employees. Your responsibilities:

  • Play a key role in the onboarding of new Sales team members
  • Coordinate and devise multi-faceted in-house sales training
  • Conduct skills gap analyses to identify areas of improvement by working closely with the sales team to identify challenges they face on-the job
  • Monitor sales objectives and results
  • Collect feedback from managers and trainers about the training provided and using this feedback for enhancements
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop Adjust product focused training materials and a training curriculum using appropriate learning principles
  • Continuous improvement of the overall sales training program & materials
  • Manage timelines, schedules and supplies to ensure completion of training plans
  • Stay up-to-date with mobile industry trends
What you bring:
  • Solid training experience within a technology business setting required
  • Proven track record in a SaaS environment
  • Previous experience in a Sales role is a huge plus
  • Ability to manage the full training cycle, with delivery both face-to-face and remotely
  • Ability to conduct research and apply innovative training techniques and principles
  • Experience in working with a Learning Management System desired
  • Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills in English
  • You are self-motivated, highly organized and are able to work effectively and independently with a diverse group of people across different locations (EMEA, APAC, US)
  • Training certification is a plus
