Adjust powers thousands of apps with built-in intelligence and automation, backed by responsive global customer support.  In 2021, Adjust was acquired by AppLovin, a leading marketing software company providing developers with a powerful, integrated set of solutions to grow their mobile apps.  Your role:  We are looking for a passionate, detail oriented Junior Events & Marketing Operations Coordinator to join our EMEA Events team based in Berlin. You will be part of the international team of 7 people and work closely with several teams such as Content and Partnerships, Graphic Design, and Inside Sales. The ideal candidate will be assisting in planning external virtual webinars for Adjust, often co-hosted with our partners,  and in-person (when possible) B2B events, like educational seminars and networking events. You will coordinate Adjust presence at regional industry conferences, delivering a world-class experience to our (virtual) booth visitors, clients and prospects and establish our brand as thought leader in the local markets across CIS countries. Also, you'll have the chance to organise exciting internal events for our employees. Your responsibilities: 

  • Support in planning virtual, in-person, and hybrid B2B / internal events/ conferences in the EMEA region
  • Assist in event logistics, documentation, invitation dispatch, and merchandise planning
  • Help with the preparation, execution, and follow-up processing of all events in the EMEA  region
  • Assist in local language contract negotiations (suppliers, vendors, sponsorships, etc) and oversee in-person events on-site
  • Help with event venue sourcing and creating overall vendor lists
  • Learn to set up virtual webinars pages
  • Assist in regional event marketing strategy with writing and dispatching  invitations, follow up emails to clients/prospects, and prepare detailed reports, social media posts and other inbound marketing activities
  • Work closely with the sales, partnerships, marketing, and support teams to achieve company goals
  • Align with event stakeholders to achieve event KPIs and provide post-event reporting
What you bring: 
  • 1+ years of experience in event management or other project management position
  • Team player, self-motivated, and hands-on mentality
  • Problem-solving skills , ability to work tight deadlines
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Creative mind and strong attention to details
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Familiar with Google Drive, Microsoft Office, and Zoom
  • Excellent communication in English. Any other languages are a plus
  • Educational degree in economics, communication, marketing, online marketing, or other project managing studies are a plus
  • Experience with Asana, Salesforce, Splashthat, Zapier is a plus
