This role requires a wide variety of strengths and capabilities, including:
* Bachelor's degree with minimum 8-10 years of experience in IT
* 4-5 years of experience on APM tools like Dynatrace or AppDynamics
* Ability to assess current platforms and applications and design APM solutions
* Experience with cloud based as well as on-prem technologies
* excellent grasp of web-based technologies like websphere, apache,javascripts
* Experience with scripting technologies like javascript, python, unix shell scripts
* Expertise in creating dashboards and visulaization layers
* Experience with visualization tools like Grafana, Prometheus is a plus.
* Familiarity with database technologies like SQL and Oracle.
* Adept at creating professional presentations and documentation
* Excellent written and oral communication skills
* strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical teams
* experience leading projects and working with cross-functional teams
