Duties: Design and implement cross-platform solutions for deploying and managing distributed applications in production environments. Follow Agile development practices to continuously deliver high quality software. Participate in daily scrums and bi-weekly sprint planning, review and retrospective meetings. Ensure high standards of code quality, test coverage and performance.


Minimum education and experience required: This position requires a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, or related field of study plus four (4) years of experience in the job offered or four (4) years of experience as a Software Developer, Cloud Engineer, Solutions Architect, QA Tester, or related occupation.

Skills Required: This position requires experience with each of the following: SQL; AWS; Java; Python; Jules; CI:CD; Cloud application templating; Product delivery; SDLC QA testing; Monitoring; Alerting; Performance testing; Production operations; Building enterprise software; Java/Java 8; NoSQL Database technology; Unix system administration and shell scripting; debugging, performance profiling and optimization; Agile Development environment; Cloud Engineering; Private cloud offerings including AWS, Azure, and GCP; and configuration Manager tools including: Ansible, Puppet, Chef and Powershell.
