Duties: Design, build, and maintain software applications for Data Warehouses. Address all Infrastructure related production issues through performance tuning and capacity planning for future growth. Gather requirements, conduct gap analysis and create solutions. Create high level design and detailed level design documents from the business requirement document. Create estimations for coding, unit testing, integration test, and Go-live. Perform end-to-end software development including coding mappings, creating workflows, unit testing and integration testing. Ensure compliance to all business controls activities and quality processes in all areas of development and testing.


Minimum education and experience required: This position requires a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Information Systems, or related field of study, plus five (5) years of experience in the job offered or five (5) years of experience as an Application Developer, Programmer Analyst or related occupation.

Skills Required: This position requires 5 years of experience with the following: Software Delivery Lifecycle (SDLC); ETL concept development; ETL tools including Informatica PowerCenter; business analysis; MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, and Visio); Waterfall and Agile software development methodologies; scheduling tools including Control M; Version control tools like bitbucket and change management strategies; and collaboration tools like Jira, Confluence, and Sharepoint. This position also requires 4 years of experience with the following: triggers, stored procedures, and queries on Oracle 11g and PL and SQL databases; Linux or Unix administration; Unix Korn Shell scripts; automating manual processes using scripting utilities; performance analysis; and system-level metrics. This position also requires 3 years of experience with Data Warehousing and handling data larger than 10 Terabyte (TB).
