The primary focus of the Technology Early Career Software Engineer Recruiter is to deliver a recruiting effort for early career software engineering talent who have acquired foundational technology skills through various educational paths, including but not limited to technology bootcamps, workforce development programs, or community colleges. The Recruiter will identify and screen prospective candidates for consideration. The individual will help develop an outreach strategy with Early Career Program Managers and Employer Brand and partner with key stakeholders including Sourcers, Program Managers, and Hiring Managers. The Recruiter will leverage external market data to inform recruiting strategies.

Recruiting Strategy & Execution Responsibilities
* Work with Early Career Software Engineer Recruiting Lead to formulate effective recruiting strategies
* Develop and execute diversity hiring initiatives
* Ensure exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruiting process
* Formulate selling strategies, assist with determining areas of interest, and communicate updates to candidates on a regular basis
* Pre-screen candidates to recommend for additional interview rounds
* Represent the firm at diversity conferences, third party events (e.g., technology bootcamp event) and JPMorgan Chase events by presenting to candidates on career opportunities
* Engage with business partners to understand needs/demand
* Ensure interview structure and evaluation is consistent across candidates

Relationship & Resource Management Responsibilities
* Work with Technology Early Careers Recruiting Lead to understand hiring demands in each market
* Seek out opportunities to build relationships with representatives from coding bootcamps and bridge programs, particularly diversity-focused programs
* Build and maintain strong relationships with internal program management team, hiring managers, and key stakeholders
* Ensure proper visibility of recruiting team and program with management and key constituents
* Develop and contribute to processes for evaluating hiring needs/deman

Data & Analytics Responsibilities
* Capture and report on key metrics that show results, trends and opportunities in key talent markets
* Monitor and analyze the success of the sourcing strategies to enable data-driven decisions for the future
* Ensure all data is captured, updated and reported properly
* Research, implement and maintain leading edge and creative sourcing tools and resources that improve candidate relationship development
* Build knowledge of competitor institutions and use market data and intelligence to inform recruitment and hiring decisions

Qualifications
* 2+ years of technology recruiting and/or sourcing experience
* Ability to develop creative and diverse sourcing strategies including use of technology and market mapping
* Project management and reporting skills with ability to manage multiple priorities with a committed dedication to providing a high level of customer service
* Previous experience sourcing educationally diverse technology talent from various pathways
* Self-starter who can work with minimal oversight and with a high sense of urgency
* Demonstrated ability to influence and build internal and external relationships
* Experience working with Handshake, Yello, Piazza and Oracle preferred
* Understanding of technical skill sets and the tools required to source them
* Strong organizational and planning skills
* Impeccable attention to detail; tenacity and adeptness in problem-solving and identifying solutions; superior, constant sense of organization and prioritization
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Extremely flexible and adaptable to a fast paced work environment
* PowerPoint and Excel proficiency is required
