- Work closely with our CEO to continue optimizing the sales process for our market.
- Become a strategic partner to our sales team, working together to test sales messaging, refine our value proposition, and execute our go-to-market strategy.
- Drive quality outbound engagement with potential clients every single day (calls, emails, video, social, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Grow far beyond the “standard SDR” role by being involved in projects to help scale the sales/marketing team.
- Leverage byways' powerful network of company founders, executives, and industry leaders to establish connections to new customer accounts.
- Master our CRM system to analyze your own performance through activity and metrics.
- Fluent in German and English language.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Up to 1-year of experience in a B2B SDR role.
- Traits of a self-starter and result-oriented personality.
- Hunger for growing and learning.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Take the initiative and work autonomously with minimum guidance.
