  • Work closely with our CEO to continue optimizing the sales process for our market.
  • Become a strategic partner to our sales team, working together to test sales messaging, refine our value proposition, and execute our go-to-market strategy.
  • Drive quality outbound engagement with potential clients every single day (calls, emails, video, social, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Grow far beyond the “standard SDR” role by being involved in projects to help scale the sales/marketing team.
  • Leverage byways' powerful network of company founders, executives, and industry leaders to establish connections to new customer accounts.
  • Master our CRM system to analyze your own performance through activity and metrics.
  • Fluent in German and English language.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Up to 1-year of experience in a B2B SDR role.
  • Traits of a self-starter and result-oriented personality.
  • Hunger for growing and learning.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Take the initiative and work autonomously with minimum guidance.
