DESCRIPTION:

Duties: Design, architect, develop, and implement application software. Work with established technical specifications to develop and deliver defined functionality. Work with and adapt to constantly changing technologies. Work in on-shore and off-shore models. Read and understand business requirements; write functional requirements; develop detailed technical designs; and unit and system test applications. Support the changes and applications post-implementation by debugging, fixing, and participating in maintenance releases, as prescribed by management.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum education and experience required: This position requires a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field of study plus five (5) years of experience in the position offered or five (5) years of experience as a Software Engineer/Developer, Systems Engineer, or related occupation. The employer will alternatively accept a Master's degree and three (3) years of experience in lieu of the Bachelor's degree and five (5) years of experience.

Skills Required: This position requires experience with the following skills: Core Java and J2EE technologies; Spring framework including Spring Boot, Spring Cloud Services, AOP, and MVC; Building microservices; Cloud technology including Cloud foundry; Databases including Oracle 12c or above; Web development; Angular; Angular Material; HTML; CSS; JavaScript Frameworks; Automated testing integration utilizing Junit, Karma, Selenium, and Cucumber; Continuous integration including Jenkins; and Agile delivery.
