Who We Are:

Pro-liberty and pro-crypto brand that makes awesome merchandise for like-minded individuals.

The Must Haves:
  • Decent design chops
  • Hard work ethic
  • Ability to work with little or no supervision
  • Highly effective communication skills
  • Solution- and detail-oriented

The Good To Haves:
  • Working knowledge of 1980s pop culture
  • Familiarity with meme culture, including a certain Mongolian basket weaving image forum
  • Knowledge of American political culture
While alignment with brand values isn’t a “must have” strictly speaking, it’s probably not going to work out if you’re actively hostile towards our brand values.

It’s a gigantic plus if you’re interested in gun rights (private citizens owning guns), property rights, economic freedom, medical freedom and the like.

The Day-to-Day:

You will work closely with our Co-Founder and Creative Director to deliver outstanding, eye-catching work that stands out from the rest of the pack.

We want to be surprised with how much better your work is than what we had in mind. You can take feedback like a professional as well as provide your own -- communication is going to be a two-way street here.

The right candidate's input is HIGHLY VALUED.

The Characteristics We Value:
  • Highly conscientious
  • Detail oriented
  • Problem solver
  • Keen to work in a fast-paced environment with a lot of autonomy
  • Passionate about liberty and personal sovereignty
  • An attitude of ownership and GSD

The Tools We Use:
  • Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
  • ClickUp
  • Slack
  • Canva
  • Buffer
Don't worry if some of these tools are new to you - it's the characteristics we're more keen to find.  Assuming you're a go-getter and tech-savvy, you can learn the tools necessary to properly do your job.

Please apply if you think this is an ideal role for you, including completing the skills-based test here on Indeed (where applicable) and sharing a link to your design work (if you have one).  A resume is optional.  Again, we’re looking for certain characteristics as opposed to a fancy degree.

Schedule-wise, you will be in charge of your own hours. You’re free to work when and where it’s best for you, wherever in the world that may be. Our team is distributed across three continents, so we value asynchronous communication tools like ClickUp over always-on, synchronous tools like Slack. So long as you’re getting your work done, your schedule and location are entirely up to you.

This role is optimal for you if your a talented designer who wants ongoing part-time work promoting liberty-centric, patriotic ideas which you philosophically align with.

Please submit a portfolio or links to your work in order to be considered for this role.

You will need to apply via our Indeed job posting.  If you don't have one already, it takes a few minutes to create an Indeed account - and that way, we have one place where all our applicants are at!
