  • Support the buying and supply chain team in operational and administrative tasks.
  • Manage all purchase orders and delivery planning for your suppliers in accordance with stock levels, past sales and sales forecast.
  • Critical path management; sample sourcing, tracking and approvals.
  • Understanding supplier lead times and production processes, to make informed decisions on purchases.
  • Develop new and existing relationships with suppliers and be their main point of contact.
  • Manage incoming deliveries, transport bookings and ad hoc logistics requests.
  • Assist the buying team with product selection and development
Your profile:
  • You have a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Buying, or any other relevant field
  • You have 1+ years of supply chain, purchasing, or procurement management experience (experience in the fragrances field is considered a plus)
  • Quick learner with an ability to multitask in a fast paced environment
  • Good time management and organisational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and German
  • Proficiency in excel/sheets and data analysis
  • Attention to detail and the ability to zoom out to think strategically
  • Ability to solve problems thinking outside the box
