DESCRIPTION:

Duties: Prototype and research on new technologies and prepare detailed documentation. Participate in project planning sessions with project managers, business analysts and team members to analyze business requirements and outline the proposed IT solution. Document the detailed application specifications, translate application requirements into technical requirements, conduct impact analysis and technical requirements into programmed application modules and develop/enhance software application modules. Participate in design reviews and provide input to the design recommendations. Comply with architectural standards in all phases. Prepare detailed data flow diagram. Perform maintenance of these data flow diagrams. Develop major server-side components and web applications which also includes design, development, test and support maintenance. Design and implement UI components in different frameworks. Implement back-end components of an n-tier application, including data model, data access objects, and application logic. Participate in code reviews and ensure that all solutions are aligned to pre-defined architectural specifications; identify/troubleshoot application code-related issues. Ensure quality and completeness of the product through unit testing, documentation and maintenance as appropriate. Provide production support as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum education and experience required: Master's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, or a related field plus 2 years of experience in application development or related experience OR Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, or a related field plus 5 years of experience in application development or related experience.

Skills required: Experience with: Java; Springboot; Hibernate; Apache Camel; SOAP; SQL; Jenkins; Maven; Junit; and Quartz. Experience with Efforts Estimation Techniques. Experience with multi-tenant architecture practices. Experience with resource utilization techniques. Experience with offshore model support.
