We are looking for an account executive who takes a consultative and collaborative approach in connecting with our customers. The account executive will work together with their manager to evolve a successful sales lifecycle process. With hard work and dedication, there will be many opportunities to grow your career.

About the Job

You will be working on selling products aimed at drastically improving the way cloud native developers work. Your impact will be felt by thousands of users at companies like Epic Games, Microsoft, PTC, Ticketmaster, Cisco and Unity Technologies. This is a rare opportunity to join a growing team of successful and driven account executives.

What You Will Do:

    • You will understand how Ambassador Labs products solve business problems and work with the buyer to craft the justification.
    • When you’re not closing new business, you will spend time advising platform teams on how to best utilize Ambassador Labs technology.
    • We will need your help coaching technical buyers through complex evaluation cycles and navigating internal approval processes.
    • You will have the opportunity to contribute to an evolving sales process that will scale with our growing company giving your ideas and input to further progress Ambassador Labs and grow your career simultaneously.
    • You’ll get to work closely with all departments, especially Product and Marketing, to turn client feedback into an actionable strategy to drive our business forward because your voice is an important part of improving our business processes.

About You

    • You have experience running full-life cycle sales for a technical product.
    • You understand how technical products solve business problems and are able to work closely with multiple stakeholders to create the justification.
    • You are an excellent communicator and great storyteller.
    • You put the customer first and are an incredible problem solver always finding a way to help our technical users develop solutions to complex problems.
    • You’re obsessed with hitting your goals and work hard to get it done. You have a competitive personality and get excited about learning and growing in your career. Naturally you have an entrepreneurial spirit with a passion to improve. When you have a great idea, you aren’t afraid to follow through with it!
    • You’re located in Boston or relocating to Boston. We want someone that has the ability to go into the office and get to know and work with our close-knit sales team.
