Your responsibilities include:

  • Handle day-to-day administrative tasks.
  • Help foster happy company culture and add personal touches to make people feel appreciated remotely and in the office
  • Assist with HR tasks, recruiting coordination and scheduling, job postings, office move, etc
  • Help onboarding of new employees and will take care of their absence management
  • Make sure everyone is happy and has what they need to be effective in their job
  • Handle light customer service inquiries
  • Assist the executive team with light EA duties including scheduling, booking travel
  • Plan awesome team off-sites and events
We would like to hear from you, if:
  • You are highly organized and good communicator
  • You can work independently and have a ‘take charge’ attitude
  • You are fluent in German & English
  • You have experience in office management
  • You are tech-savvy (knowledgeable of Google docs, Gmail, etc. and ability to learn new tools quickly)
  • You possess great priorities management skills
  • You are friendly, engaging, and embody a positive outlook and attitude
  • Bonus: Experience in setting up processes and systems (ideally in start-ups)
  • Bonus: You have a basic accounting knowledge
  • Bonus: You have previous experience with HR tools
