To be a great fit, you will be a strong advocate for the voice of the user and unafraid to take on complex problems that engender paradigm shifting ideas. You lead in ambiguity and are a creative systems thinker. You will spearhead the design and delivery of best practice user experience research including framing key questions, creating research plans to address those, conducting research, synthesizing findings into meaningful, actionable insights, communicating them clearly and persuasively, facilitating thoughtful conversations, mentoring cross-functional partners on research best practices, and driving impact across the organization.
