Job Description We’re looking for an ambitious Sales Development Representative that thrives in a fast-paced startup. This position is within the Sales team to generate a significant quantity of new business opportunities for various sales team members and provide world-class customer service and sales support. As an SDR you will be part of a dynamic team that will be performing a dual sales support role. The successful candidate will be a strongly self-motivated and driven individual who is goal-oriented, methodical and tenacious, with excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills. This position has advancement potential within the sales organization, and the compensation package includes an uncapped commission structure. Responsibilities

  • Act as a key player in processing and responding to all inbound leads and conduct account research to pre-qualify results through phone, email & social media efforts
  • Create relationships with customers to identify their potential needs and qualify their interests and viability to drive sales
  • Proactively reach out outbound to prospective customers through a mix of email, cold-calling and social selling
  • Identify, clean, qualify & route leads to the corresponding sales team member
  • Support senior sales teams and sales representatives on outbound strategies and lead generating efforts
  • Contribute to achieving company revenue targets by conducting solution-oriented sales conversations with prospective customers
  • Understand customers’ needs & effectively communicate how UXCam will meet them
  • Stay up to date on industry news & trends
  • Document all activities including use cases, timeframes, next steps in Hubspot CRM
We’re looking for someone who possesses:
  • A commanding desire to learn and succeed in SaaS sales
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time and resources effectively
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills required
  • Confident on the phone and not afraid of cold-calling
  • Ability to maintain a strong, positive and can-do attitude
  • Experience with CRM systems such as Hubspot or Salesforce and prospecting tools such as LinkedIn
  • Experience in startups is a plus
  • Additional languages spoken are highly valued
  • Permit to work in Germany is required
