We are seeking a senior Identity and Access Management (IAM) engineer for a globally distributed and diverse and inclusive environment in Authentication, Single Sign-On (SSO), and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA). You will provide technical leadership for a small team responsible for designing and delivering tooling to support data migration, ongoing synchronization and subsequent reconciliation and data assurance of firm's client and customer identities. Successful candidates will be highly motivated, show initiative and familiar with all technical aspects of large scale deployments and have worked closely with multiple disparate teams to deliver solutions and support/troubleshoot issues in Production environments. Candidates will have experience with CI/CD automation tools and a test-automation or test-first focus and a passion for quality and correctness.

This role requires a wide variety of strengths and capabilities to order to successfully perform the following key responsibilities:
* Provide technical leadership and mentoring of your team for the design, delivery and support of your tools and processes.
* Take a hands-on Java coding role and drive quality through comprehensive code reviews of your codebases to meet cybersecurity and data protection/privacy controls.
* Work directly with Product, Architecture and Controls teams to translate business, technical and controls requirements into solutions.
* Participate as the technical leader of your tools and processes in controls discussions with Auditors.
* Drive your team's CI/CD and test-automation strategies and implementations.

Mandatory Requirements/Skills:
* Bachelor degree in Computer Science/Software Engineering or equivalent
* Minimum of five (5) and preferably ten (10) years of professional programming experience in Java.
* Minimum of two (2) years of experience providing technical leadership of an application or leading a small development team.
* Demonstrated experience in design, development, delivery and ongoing support of mission-critical applications.
* Expertise in data migration, synchronization and associated reconciliation and data assurance processes.
* Strong understanding of CI/CD automation tools and test-automation techniques.
* Ability to use your initiative to deliver results without close supervision whilst adhering to cybersecurity and data protection/privacy controls.
* Ability to work in and with large collaborative teams to achieve organizational goals, and passionate about building an innovative culture.
* Hands on experience with UNIX/Linux and Windows environments.

Preferred Requirements/Skills:
* Experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) concepts and associated technologies.
* Expertise in LDAP. relational database schemas and/or SCIM (System for Cross-domain Identity Management).
* Knowledge of cryptography, encryption and data protection/privacy.
* Experience with cloud computing and related technologies.
