We have a daily 5-minute team huddle plus a weekly one-on-one call to make sure you have everything you need to do your job well. But other than that, you’re free to work independently.

What Will You Do As A Recruitment Specialist?
- Process job applications for our clients' vacancies
- Review candidates' test assignment submissions (with the help of subject matter experts)
- Interview candidates
- Communicate regularly with our clients to share updates, recommendations, etc.
- Some admin tasks (e.g., issuing invoices, posting new job ads, etc.)
Here's What We Expect From You
- You've thrived in a role that requires performing repetitive tasks (customer support is ideal)
- You leave a friendly yet professional impression during business video calls and can represent our clients' brands well
- You have above-average writing ability and are eager to improve (this will be crucial for evaluating candidates' test job submissions)
- You pay close attention to details and are organized, reliable, and communicative.
- Experience in recruitment is ideal but not mandatory
- You can work the hours we expect from you (see below).
Our team is based in the Central European time zone. So you should be available during typical CET business hours. We expect at least 5 hours of overlap between our workdays.
This is a full-time position and is fully remote.
The starting salary for this role is USD 1,500 - 3,000/month before tax.
