As UXCam’s Office Operation Manager, you have one primary mission: To make our team love coming to work! You will assist with culture, facilities, and events and will be their primary point of contact related to administrative aspects of our office, payroll, benefits operations. You will work with the People & Culture, & the executive team. This position will be highly involved in our recruiting efforts, helping coordinate job postings, candidate interviews and follow ups. Tasks

  • Help foster a fun and happy company culture and add personal touches to make people feel appreciated in the office
  • Handle day-to-day administrative tasks
  • Assist with HR, recruiting coordination, onboarding, new hiring, office move, etc
  • Manage food/catering needs, keep kitchen stocked with drinks/snacks
  • Make sure everyone is happy and has what they need to be effective in their job
  • Ensure cleanliness of the office and maintain supply inventory
  • Assist executive team with light EA duties including scheduling and booking travel
  • Plan awesome team off-sites, happy hours, and events
Requirements
  • Business Fluency in German & English.
  • Tech-savvy (knowledgeable of Google docs, Gmail, etc. and ability to learn new tools quickly)
  •  Friendly, engaging, and embodies a positive outlook and attitude
  • Organized and good communicator
  • Previous experience using HR tools like an ATS is a plus
  • Startup experience a plus
