We are looking for a rare Enterprise Account Executive (AE) who has high energy, is a self-starter with a passion for winning, and has a proven track record delivering consistent sales results that rank in the top 10%. Our sales team works with a best-of-breed product that solves real problems for our customers. Sellers follow a well-defined methodology that helps them identify the customer's unique needs and clearly convey the value of the CAST AI platform.

What You’ll do:

  • Work with sales leadership to develop territory plans targeting SME/Enterprise accounts
  • Prospect in concert with the BDR team into target ICP accounts while running an efficient sales process
  • Supplement your pipeline by completing lead generating activities including cold calls, emails, and social touches
  • Identify a robust set of business drivers behind all opportunities
  • Achieve quarterly and annual targets for ARR

What is required to succeed:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Minimum 5+ years proven sales track record as AE selling sophisticated Enterprise solutions to the SME/Enterprise markets
  • Driven and have met/exceeded direct sales goals of 1M+ and operated with an average deal size of $100K+
  • Able to demonstrate methodology to prospect and build pipeline in concert with the Cast AI BDR team
  • Experience selling an innovative technology solution(SaaS, IT infrastructure or similar preferred)
  • Experienced in closing new logos in SME/Enterprise accounts
