The Enterprise Technology Services and Data Management organization in CTO has a specific mandate to deliver world class solutions that modernize the creation and maintenance of critical enterprise technology data for JP Morgan Chase. We will accomplish this by delivering innovative automated solutions that remove error-prone manual tasks and leverage the full strength of enterprise platforms and solutions such as ServiceNow. This position will require you to be an expert-level enterprise software engineer with hands-on experience with the ServiceNow Platform.

You will be joining a software engineering team that maintain a constant focus on designing strategic solutions, delivering innovative products on leading edge technologies, and leveraging the scale of the firm to achieve optimal outcomes.

Key responsibilities of this role include:
* Design and deploy solutions that leverage the ServiceNow Platform to create new Data Risk Management capabilities for firm's Chief Data Office including Data Management inventory, workflow, and data governance processing across all data storage across the Enterprise.
* Build software solutions to harvest critical technology data and integrate it with enterprise systems
* Design, analyze, develop, review, test, debug, deliver and support software and/or new products
* Coach and mentor less experienced software engineers on the team
* Demonstrated experience with Agile frameworks & DevOps Practices
* Communicates well to technical teams as well as senior management
* Demonstrated problem solving experience in complex technology environments and large enterprises
* Be a leader on key projects that deliver meaningful change to the firm

Skills & Qualifications
* Expert level competency in JavaScript
* Very high competency in python and/or java
* ServiceNow Certified - Application Developer and/or System Administrator
* Experience delivering solutions on public cloud providers such as Amazon AWS, Google Cloud, or Microsoft Azure
* Proficient analytical skills
* Lengthy experience working in agile delivery teams
* Demonstrated ability to mentor, coach, and lead more junior software engineers
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field
* Minimum of 10 years of IT Experience
