Duties: Transform user requirements into application and process design specifications. Integrate, implement, and test coding in various environments. Develop and repair applications as needed per the technical designs. Analyze and troubleshoot production issues for applications. Design database tables and execute PL/SQL scripts to automate and preserve the integrity of data. Calibrate database performance. Connect applications to the backend data layer. Perform integration testing with other developers within the team and across the firm. Present periodic system demos of working software applications to business Stakeholders.


Minimum education and experience required: This position requires a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, Electronics and Communication Engineering or related field of study plus five (5) years of experience in the job offered or five (5) years of experience as a Systems Engineer, Systems Analyst, or related occupation.

Skills Required: This position requires experience in the following: Programming languages including Java, SQL and PL/SQL; J2EE technology stack including Spring Framework, Hibernate, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and Spring JDBC; J2EE Design Patterns; UML Design; Unix shell scripting; Web Services including SOAP and RESTful; Front-end Web Technologies including Script Languages including Java Script and Angular JS; Containerization tools including Docker; Junit; Maven; Sonar; Log4J; Jenkins; PuTTY; Database Technologies including Oracle and SQL Server; Integration Development Environment including Eclipse and IntelliJ; Modeling tools including IBM Rational Application Developer and Microsoft Visio; SQL Developer; and Version Control tool including GIT.JPMorgan Chase & Co., one of the oldest financial institutions, offers innovative financial solutions to millions of consumers, small businesses and many of the world's most prominent corporate, institutional and government clients under the J.P.
