This role provides full ownership of our paid channels and the opportunity to be a key factor in the worldwide growth of BOTS. With your skill set, you can set the direction for performance marketing, as one of the largest channels to meet our company goals. You will be directly responsible for the brilliant basics, innovation, and raw hustle needed to manage and grow our customers throughout paid channels.
About the role
The ideal candidate is accustomed to the fast-paced and high pressure of a startup company, and has worked with engineering to build a highly scalable eco-system to create and manage relevant campaigns and meets or beats aggressive targets. As Lead Performance Marketing, you will be expected to work closely with team Marketing, Product, Data, and Finance.
On a day to day basis you will:
Set the direction and strategy for our paid programs - covering the global giants: Facebook, Apple and Google, as well as niche advertising networks that meet our target audiences.
Grow our audience beyond just the people who know us.
Be accountable for a seven-figure budget. Deploying it successfully across multiple geographies, customer segments, channels and initiatives to achieve active BOTS customer growth and efficiency targets.
Define our strategy for ASO, ensuring maximum visibility in front of our BOTS customers and driving a healthy organic install metric.
Have the freedom to test channels, campaigns and multivariate creatives to improve performance.
Work together with our content creators to create high-impact creative assets and deliver performance learnings.
Contribute to building a cross-channel marketing dashboard to better assess the performance of all marketing channels.
Prioritize opportunities to improve the performance of the channels, scaling aggressively, keeping the marketing team and key stakeholders up-to-date on the main targets, results and changes.
Work closely with business and operational stakeholders outside of marketing, developing strategies for how app marketing helps achieve broader company goals.
Set the tone on the team with brilliant analytical skills, deep technical knowledge, customer- and business sense, attribution and measurement expertise and the ability to design and set up good experiences and experiments in performance marketing.
We are looking for:
5+ years of experience in performance marketing and experience with smart integrations with ad platforms such as Adjust and Braze.
Strong leadership skills, building trust in your team, stakeholders and executives.
Strong management skills, being comfortable managing agencies and budgets
Experience with growth tactics for a mobile application.
Experience with universal links, tag management and working with a development team.
Omni-channel know-how, experience in adopting and enhancing media-mix and propensity models to achieve the highest incremental effect on sales/installs.
An entrepreneurial spirit that looks at opportunities rather than issues and can build something from nothing through well-reasoned and analytical decision-making and prioritization.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
