Duties: Identify and suggest potential solutions for accessibility barriers based on accessibility standards and related laws. Apply accessibility knowledge to a wide range of the firm's digital properties, including mobile applications and digital documents. Coach colleagues and clients in one on one, small group, or large forum environments. Use data on accessibility issues within products to identify, report on and drive improvements to the product features. Set direction and create test strategies and test plans. Develop test project plans, test schedule, test plans, and detailed test cases as defined by Digital Project Lifecycle. Lead and participate in review sessions of business requirements, technical requirements, and design documents to ensure that software changes are understood to facilitate testing.


Minimum education and experience required: This position requires a Bachelor's in Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or in a related field of study plus five (5) years of experience in the job offered or five (5) years of experience as an Accessibility Consultant, Test Lead, Test Analyst, IT Consultant, Test Engineer, or related occupation.
