We're looking for a Client Growth Manager (m/f/x) that's passionate about state-of-the-art technology and scaling up a B2B SaaS business.   With TargomoLOOP, we revolutionise the location intelligence ecosystem and give everyone access to geodata analysis and visualisation. In the last months we have grown a lot and we are currently expanding further into new markets. In order to continue this growth, we are looking for Client Growth Managers (m/f/d) who will enable our clients to leverage our products and discover further growth opportunities for Tagomo. These will be your main tasks: 

  • Present. You prepare and lead workshops in front of C-level audiences together with Targomo’s management team and experts. 
  • Roll out. You will enable our clients to use TargomoLOOP in the best possible way and implement our products into their processes.
  • Define. You define the priorities we should set in specific client projects and manage our internal resources as efficiently as possible while delivering the greatest possible benefits to the customers. 
  • Guide. You will be the main contact person for our clients and the interface to our Data Science and Engineering teams. It’s your responsibility to successfully guide all stakeholders through mutual processes. 
  • Identify. You identify new market potentials and/or growth opportunities and develop ways to unlock them together with the other teams within the company. 
  • Shape. As we are currently growing you will have the chance to set up new processes and actively shape your field.
Requirements Must-have: 
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and the skill to sense a business opportunity.
  • Very strong experience in advising customers from B2B and ability to manage high demanding c-level stakeholders - both in German and English
  • Ability to quickly put complex concepts and results into a form that all stakeholders with diverse backgrounds can understand.
  • Very good internal and external stakeholder management across all hierarchy levels.
  • Excellent organizational skills and strong process orientation.
  • Strong interest in technological innovation.
Nice-to-have: 
  • Experience in a fast growing SaaS startup.
