We need someone to step up and manage our data landscape!
Do you eat ETL pipelines for breakfast? And build scalable data architectures for lunch?
Then we are looking for you!
This is your opportunity to contribute to a large-scale, complex product and see the real-time impact of your work on hundreds of thousands of users worldwide.
Help the Bricks win the battle against mechanical keys and take us with you on your data journey!
Clay Solutions, a SALTO Group Company is a software company that has built and developed the revolutionary wireless cloud-based locking solution ‘SALTO KS’ (SALTO Keys as a Service). With our self-build API’s we strive to facilitate industry leaders all around the world to integrate cloud-based access control into their business, specified to their needs.
As you can imagine, with over 1.5 million daily lock openings and 140.000 access points spread over 65+ countries we have a lot of data to structure, analyse and maintain.
That is why we need you!
We need someone that knows how to take on the hybrid role of engineer and data specialist and can set up a foundation for our Big Data infrastructure and tools. We need this foundation to predict future events and behaviours and enable the company to perform "what if" analyses. This way we can foresee the effects of possible changes in our products.
Moving forward you will develop and maintain our Data platform, the structure and create new constructions for new projects. You understand a single mistake can lead to serious performance issues and you take this into account before building your dataset. You are analytical, and therefore you design your data architecture on a strategic level.
Company-wide decisions might be taken based on your insights. We need to see results from a big chunk of data, and most of the time, we need it fast. You collect the right data, process it, and generate insights.
Long story short: you will become our go-to person when it comes to our data platform.
But what will you do?
You will be working in an exceptional team and an open company culture. Your daily responsibilities include:
Technical skills and expertise
At least one year of experience within a data team, with knowledge of best practices in the data world.
