As a Performance Marketing and Business Development Manager at Stunning You and Aestêt, you will:

  • Identify new business opportunities in order to generate revenue, improve profitability and help the business grow.
  • Identify and develop the USP and UVP of our company.
  • Partner with senior leadership to create a clear roadmap of targets using digital project management tools and processes.
  • Develop and oversee strategic planning and positioning in the Berlin market using forecasting and analysis to make sound, data-driven decisions.
  • Own the marketing strategy and advise the team on how to analyse trends and create branded content to drive engagement and increase brand awareness.
The ideal candidate will bring:
  • Strong track record of bringing impact through business development for newly founded companies
  • Ideally professional experience in the development of cosmetic services and products or product marketing in a similar niche
  • Ability to analyze customer acquisition data, identifying potential optimization and translating that into concrete measures
  • Excellent project management skills including the ability to lead others and motivate teams with a collective approach
  • Mastering the ways to improve the KPI in shortest period of time
  • A passion for strategy and marketing and enjoy the optimization of processes
  • Experience scaling a small business with the ability to set up roadmaps, communicate plans to others and highlight roadblocks
  • Use data-based methods and analysis to inform your decisions and carry out risk assessment or return on investment
  • Strong knowledge and expertise in inbound marketing methodology
  • Very good German and English skills. Russian, Turkish and would be advantageous.
  • Tenacity and drive to seek new business and meet or exceed targets
