At Bresslergroup, we’re a motivated lot of thinkers, makers, and problem solvers. We challenge and inspire each other every day. We’re curious, clever, and confident, and we look for candidates who are all those things and more. Our firm is technically grounded, so that we can take any idea — no matter how complex — and make it a reality, while simultaneously keeping our designs simple and elegant. With a range of disciplines under one roof, we work in multidisciplinary teams whose combined research, strategic, creative, and technical expertise add value throughout a collaborative product-development process. This is how we deliver innovative solutions to our clients. From our office in the heart of downtown Philadelphia, we partner with U.S. and international clients, who range from startups to global market leaders. Recently we announced we’re merging with Delve, an innovation consulting firm based in Madison, Wisconsin, with offices in Boston and San Francisco.
As an Interaction Designer, you will work closely with the research, industrial design, and engineering teams to craft elegant experiences across platforms, devices, objects, and environments. Your work experience spans beyond Web UX to include embedded User Interfaces or mobile app development projects. Your work informs the entire product experience – physical and digital interactions, experience architecture, communication, and visual design. You will be challenged to create meaningful user experiences in embedded systems, mobile devices and desktop applications, gesture, voice, and other novel product interactions. You’ll develop wireframes, user flows, interactive prototypes, and explore new ways of communicating interactions and experiences. Above all, you’re excited to create the product experiences of the future.

** Work with Director of Interaction Design and other designers to define the visual styles and elements of product UI, as well as the communication style of the overall experience.
** Lead clients through the problem definition and product design process, by planning and facilitating collaborative workshop sessions with clients and key stakeholders.
** Work with research team to conduct and observe user testing, and iteratively incorporate feedback to improve product design and user experience.
** Act as a Technical Lead on client projects for the IxD team, and mentor junior designers as needed.
