- Organization of team resources
- Recording KPIs, Targets, and measuring trends over time
- Retrospectives
- Tooling investigations
- Client facing calls (meet & greets, weekly check-ins)
- Occasionally creating new proposals and selling enhancements 
- Updating CRM materials 
- Triaging bugs and ensuing client communication 
- Collecting of assets and assisting clients with systems setup Internal kickoffs between Sales and Devs
- Debugging and troubleshooting

Required Qualities in PM Candidate

- 2-6 years of project management and related experience
- Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices 
- Ability to lead small and efficient project teams 
- US Residency
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Able to work with various clients across time zones, all who have varying needs
- Discerning and can stay cool under pressure
- Able to prioritize and then reprioritize tasks as projects are constantly evolving and shifting
- Strong creative problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualities in PM Candidate

- 2+ years of experience working within a technical team and development/coding experience is a plus 
- A background in start-ups is helpful but not required for this position
- A Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, Certified Project Manager (CPM) or other related project management certification
