You will join our customer support team as first point of contact. You combine excellent communication skills with sufficient technical skills to be able to explain our systems, both to the technically skilled and less skilled customers.

About you:

  • You share our values of internet freedom, privacy and human rights, and you prefer open source over enterprise software;
  • You possess excellent communicative skills, both written and verbal, in Dutch and English;
  • You have experience on an IT Helpdesk, or similar customer oriented environment;
  • You enjoy helping people to find a solution to their problems.
